At the head of the Grand Priory is the Grand Prior, who is responsible for both the spiritual and logistical welfare of the Order. The Grand Prior serves as the primary guardian of the Order’s values and ensures that each Priory functions harmoniously, upholding the spirit of knighthood in every aspect of its work. The Grand Prior’s role involves regular communication with Priors—the leaders of each regional Priory—to provide guidance, direction, and support. These interactions allow the Grand Prior to address challenges, celebrate successes, and maintain a pulse on the needs and growth of the Order as a whole. By maintaining this active relationship with each Priory, the Grand Prior helps cultivate a unified and resilient community of knights, even across geographical distances.

To effectively manage each Priory, the Grand Prior often establishes specific programs, codes, and best practices, ensuring that all Priories operate with a consistent level of quality and dedication to the Order’s mission.

Priories are encouraged to adapt these guidelines to best meet the needs of their local communities, fostering flexibility within a unified structure. The Grand Prior also organizes regular gatherings, workshops, and retreats for the Priors and key leaders within each Priory, where they can receive training, deepen their spiritual understanding, and exchange insights on their work.
